All of our Kraken Spearguns are hand made and the build time is approximately 4-6 weeks.  Rest assured any shipping delay will be communicated to you at the time of your order and during the building process. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified. 

Customs, Tariffs and Taxes 

* Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.

Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country.

* Some countries have restrictions for certain items including knives, spearguns, etc. Please check with your local postal authorities before placing an order for these types of products. *

Returns & Exchanges

All Kraken Spearguns are unconditionally guaranteed for 5 years from date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know and we will help you.  Returned items must be in new condition and purchased within 60 days. 

1. Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization# (RA#) for returns. – RA# IS MANDATORY FOR ALL RETURNS

2. Using your own trackable and insured shipping method, mail your return to:

***Any shipping fees associated with making returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. P.T. KRAKEN SUBSEA FISHING is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.

Refund Process

A refund of the value of the product returned (not including shipping) will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return. All orders are refunded in US dollars to the credit card used at the time of the original purchase.
