SHIPPING
All Kraken Spearguns are handcrafted with care. Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for production prior to shipment. Estimated timelines will be confirmed at the time of purchase, and we will keep you informed throughout the build process. Should any unforeseen delays arise, you will be notified promptly.
International Shipping, Customs & Taxes
- Any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery. For detailed information, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering.
- Customs charges are determined by the destination country’s regulations. While these fees may not always apply, they are assessed based on the declared value of the order and any applicable tax-free import thresholds.
- Certain countries may restrict or prohibit the import of items such as spearguns, knives, or related equipment. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify local import regulations before placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for shipments delayed, seized, or refused by customs due to local restrictions.
RETURNS
All Kraken Spearguns are backed by an unconditional 5-year warranty from the original date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 60 days of the original purchase date.
- Returned items must be unused, in new condition, and include all original components and packaging.
- A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for all returns. Returns sent without an RA# will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
- Ship the item using a trackable and insured shipping method to the address below. Clearly mark the RA# on the outside of the package:

Return Shipping
- All shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- P.T. Kraken Subsea Fishing is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refund Process
- Approved returns will be refunded for the product value only (original shipping charges are non-refundable).
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and processed in USD.
- Once processed, refunds typically post within 2 business days, though it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
- Most returns are completed within 2–3 weeks, depending on transit time and inspection.
