P.T. Kraken Subsea Fishing warrants all spearguns manufactured by Kraken Spearguns to be free from defects in materials and workmanship that affect the satisfactory operation of the product. This warranty covers the reliable function of the speargun for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase, provided valid proof of purchase is supplied.

The liability of P.T. Kraken Subsea Fishing is limited solely to the repair or replacement of parts determined by our staff to be defective. Under no circumstances shall liability exceed the original purchase price of the speargun. The decision to repair or replace a warranted product shall be made exclusively by P.T. Kraken Subsea Fishing and will result in a properly functioning product of equal or lesser value.

P.T. Kraken Subsea Fishing assumes no responsibility for incidental, accidental, or consequential damages.

This warranty does not cover consumable or accessory components, including but not limited to bands, shafts, rigging, reels, or protective finishes. Any abuse, misuse, mishandling, or alteration/modification of the speargun will void this warranty in its entirety. All shipping costs incurred in returning the speargun to P.T. Kraken Subsea Fishing are the responsibility of the owner.
